Thank you for shopping with XOXO Skins. We aim to make your delivery experience smooth and timely. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully.


1. Shipping Areas

  • We currently deliver nationwide within Pakistan.

  • For certain remote or hard-to-reach locations, please allow extra time for delivery.


2. Free Shipping & Orders Over Threshold

  • Orders over PKR 5,000 qualify for free shipping within Pakistan. (xoxoskins.com)

  • For orders under PKR 5,000, standard shipping charges will apply.


3. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your address and order size/weight.


4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods, holidays, or special promotions there may be a slight delay.


5. Transit / Delivery Time

  • Standard deliveries across major cities: 2–5 business days.

  • More remote or rural areas: up to 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number (if available) via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.


6. Shipping Restrictions & Important Notes

  • Delivery is subject to the availability of stock and correct shipping address provided by customer.

  • If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, there may be delays; XOXO Skins is not responsible for non-delivery due to customer error.

  • Our skincare products are handled with care and packaged to protect from damage. However, any damage occurring during transit should be reported immediately (see Returns Policy).


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) / Payment on Delivery

  • If you choose Cash on Delivery (if available), the applicable COD charges will be added to your shipping cost.

  • COD orders are accepted subject to verification and availability.

 

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected transit time, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the courier company.

  • For lost packages (according to courier tracking records), we will initiate a claim and either issue a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
