At XOXO Skins, we care about your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened skincare products.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items purchased on clearance or promotional sale (unless faulty).

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.


3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You may be asked to provide photos or video proof of the issue to speed up the process.

  • We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not offered. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as XOXO Skins is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
